A complete redesign of Philips' mid-range electric toothbrush, powered by a newly developed drivetrain. The project aimed to evolve the Sonicare brand with a slimmer, more refined form while maintaining performance and user comfort.

Form Factor Optimization
Collaborated with mechanical engineers to refine internal component layout, achieving a more compact and ergonomic shape. -
Visual & UX Refinement
Eliminated the dated decorative panel by integrating a flat control surface into a seamless shell—resulting in a clean, machined look. -
Manufacturing Innovation
Solved tooling constraints around sharp button recesses using insert molding, allowing for crisp and precise detailing. -
Ecosystem Design
Also led design of the magnetic charger and two premium travel cases to ensure a cohesive and elevated user experience.
